What is a Tandem Skydive?
Our experienced and qualified instructors prepare you to experience the thrill and excitement of skydiving by providing you with 30 minutes of training. Connected with a harness, you will jump out of the plane with your instructor. They will take control from beginning to end, allowing you to enjoy the view and experience.
The Team
Erwan Le Faouder
- Instructor -
Erwan started skydiving at only 15 years old in one of France's biggest skydiving schools, where he eventually went on to become a professional parachute packer. After gaining years of experience working in several skydive centres, he gained his tandem instructor qualification. He has now joined the Skydive Zanzibar team sharing his love of the sport with those around him. Erwan is loving the tropical climate of Zanzibar and is happy to call Zanzibar his second home.
Rade Jungic
- Instructor -
Originally from Bosnia, Rade started skydiving in 2007. After realising he wanted to make it his career, he went to Germany to gain further experience knowledge before taking his instructors ratings and turning a full time professional skydiving instructor in 2012. As well as being a Tandem and AFF instructor, Rade studied for many years and is also now a Master Rigger!! He has worked throughout Europe and the Middle East, but once he came to Zanzibar, he just could not leave!!!
Artem Erofeev
- Instructor -
Artem, from Russia, travels all over the world following his passion for skydiving. He started skydiving in 2005 and trained as a Tandem Instructor in Russia. Since then, he has also worked in China and the Maldives before joining us in Zanzibar. When he arrived in Zanzibar for the first time, he fell in love with the island and decided to make it his home. At least for now!!
